In a past post I criticized katy perry, soon after she performed at the grammys.
I realized she was having fun, she is the star, she is winning, she is happy.
its pop, i called it “plastic” and it is what it is…so what? who gives a single fuck what I have to say? I dont have to listen to her music if I dont want to and I sure as fuck dont need to criticize people like her
Criticism even when constructive can be destructive. Its one of the worst human errors because really, WHO THE FUCK IS ANYONE TO JUDGE ANYONE ELSE- how they dress, what they do, what they sing about
The fact is, negativity gets me nowhere. I gain nothing by complaining about someone, its stating an opinion yes, but its also wasting my breath.
Anyone who is brave enough to chase down their dream is someone to admire, and if they are one of the ones to actually conquer it…that says a lot.
So I could wine and blah blah blah or I could shut up and listen to whatever I want and let people sing whatever they want, others should follow suite, no?
